It was Kookie. I watched it when it was on MeTV a couple of years ago. It was pretty good. I agree about Honey West though.

I know, aren't they?? Honey West: Beautiful Blonde, a pet Ocelot (She actually had two kitties' to pet, now that may be a little risqué for you older gentlemen if I offended any of you well...... ) A Cobra Roadster, with a Phone (First time I remember seeing a Phone in a car.) The perfect P.I. I know, I know 'Burkes Law' had a phone, but you kinda expected that in a Rolls Royce.

Default All the same

All forums are the same, starts out as one thing, ends in another.
Ask a question about a spark plug.... it'll end up as 50 statements about
"What kind of oil would YOU USE!
Where's the narrative thread?

However, the best thing is when forum members you don't know ASSUME they know YOUR financial status OR your experience dealing with high end automobiles??? Every one is bold sitting behind their frickin' keyboard!

For you old folks, remember what Felix Unger said??? When you ASSUME

Which is pretty much why I regret starting the thread and why I've avoided contributing over the years in the 1st damn place.
And FACEBOOK - WORSE ....What a bunch of high school BULL****
Let the FLAMING Begin! I won't be listening. But... Have at it.
But seriously all.
Have a Safe and Prosperous New Year!
See ya in another 10 Years!

No flaming required, as the best thing about being here is to coexist and interact with people of all shapes and sizes (physical and metaphorically speaking). There are folks here who cannot afford a replica, yet they are just as welcome as those who can afford to buy an original. No need to put either in one box or another, or look down or up at any of them. The truth be told, it's the enthusiasm that drives this place, only second to the knowledge base of such a specialty automobile as the Cobra (real or replica). If you have not read it here before, it's unlike anything else you have owned, or driven, even NASCAR and Formula One drivers have reluctantly agreed with that statement.
So, you can be a bonafide, full time, race car driver, or a parking attendant, or used car lot auto detailer, you could own multi miliion dollar cars of various makes and models, quite frankly, we could care less here on Club Cobra.

99% of those who feel this is not the place for them, just quietly leave, never to post again. Whether you choose to stick around is up to you, either you can handle a little thread sway, and banter, or you can't....Only you can make that decision. Yet, to post (and I am summarizing here, strictly based on your post above) "I did not get 100% of what I wanted, soI'm taking my ball and leaving" (sticking your tongue out at the Ipad screen while you hit submit), kind of makes you the bad guy here....

Guess only time will tell if you put your ego in check and come back, or whether you decide to just lurk and quietly absorb the knowledge that freely gets posted by those who consciously decide to actively participate.

Either way, I wish you well.

Bill S.

Sir,
You do not know me, you do not know one thing about me.
That is clear.
What is crystal is that I don't have 24 hours a day to spend on Club Cobra like YOU do.
You comment on just about EVERY post. Correction EVERY single post. And you take things off purpose constantly. some people use forums as a tool not for their entire social life.
What you don't know fills a Britannica
People like you enjoy this childish back and forth!
You don't have to put a timer on me I won't be back.
So cheers Mr. Comment on everything!
Stay the unfocused person you are.
And you have a nice day!

I thought you wouldn't be listening?

Yet, here you are, once again, allowing your ego to get the better of you, attempting, but failing to show us how superior you are.

Members of the jury, the defense rests, again

Bill S.

PS: All chiding aside, did you ever meet up with the NJ/PA Cobra group?

Thanks
By your first post you came to US. (Here) We came up with what we knew was out there, you poop, pooped everyone's idea, not the right color, too much money, etc. While waiting for (Just the right one, to your standards) we had fun, posting silly things, So? Did we do something wrong (By your way of thinking?) I can tell you, the people on this site have one thing I believe you do not possess, a sense of kindness and humor. As you yourself stated, the other web sites, were not to your likely too, could it just be the poster, and not the site itself. Hummmm.... Hate to say this to another Alfa guy, but a Cobra may not be the right car for you. Here's wishing you well, with no ill intent. Cheers Tom.
