Fitting a street 427 w/ leather dash

This question is for Bob or anyone else who wants to pontificate. Bob: Looks like my car should be delivered sometime June/July. I am in the process of researching the viability of putting in a leather dash rather than a vinyl one. Since I don't think you guys offer this option (?), I think the easiest way to get this done is to get a vinyl one and just have a good leather worker create an exact duplicate in a suitable leather. But of course, that sounds too easy...is there anything else I should consider? Keep in mind that this is for the street dask - with glovebox - and it's a turnkey, so I hope I can get you guys to actually construct the dash with the leather (?). Thanks in advance for your kind attention....

No Problem - we can do a leather dash. The original cars had vinyl because it's so exposed to the elements - you're going to have to use leather treatment periodically. That's your choice though. Give Peter a call.
