Jim Holden Went up to ERA last Friday and saw the car. Doug and company did a GREAT JOB. Hood looks prefect. Now I have to see how much to get one for my car? Pete I need a hood, Rick Lake

Rich took the Beast out a couple of times yesterday (Tuesday) on shakedown runs. Other than some fuel-pressure regulator issues (which we're fixing), he's very happy about how the car came out. With so many unusual parts in a new car, I was worried that we'd encounter something ugly. The Paxton-Gods must be smiling on us.

Bob:
Glad to hear something as exotic as the paxton job came out with minimal problems. I'm sure we can attribute it to your expertise and that of the ERA organization.
Now, when are you going to start on 684 now that you've got that other"minor project" out of the way (sound of fingers drumming on the table).

Hey Jim, did you see the Thunderbolts up at Carlisle? I got lucky and walked into the tent just as they fired one up! What a day for me!

Mike:
We did manage to do some walking around and did see the Thunderbolts... My understanding was that most of the orignal cars produced were there.
