Is it necessary/preferable to bleed Wilwood Dynalites from the inboard bleeder as well as outer? Is bleeding the outer only, acceptable when done on an annual basis for street use?

Bleeding both inner and outer is the only way to be assured that all the air is removed. If the brakes seem to be spongy, bleed from the bleeder close to the line-in first. That's the most likely place to find air.
