Set the front suspension camber to -1/2 deg or -1 deg.
Zero front toe-in (or even a bit of toe-out) will help too, but willl make the car unstable in normal street driving. It's easy enough to adjust at an event though. 1/2 turn out on each tie rod. Mark them first so you can return them to the original position.
Set the rear camber at the maximum negative within the normal recommendations or maybe 1/4 deg more. More than that and you'll get uneven tire wear during normal driving. With the ERA rear, keep the toe at zero.
Stiffen up all the shocks by 2-4 clicks.
I'll let others give advice on the tire pressures.
