paint recommendation
I have two ERA's, one painted 10 years ago by Tony and the other painted 3 years ago by CCC. Both are excellent, but Tony's is better in a number of ways. Tony did a better job with spaces around doors and the trunk lid, as well at eliminating almost all imperfections under the paint. He also did better on the inner panels inside the hood. CCC could have spent more time in preparation, and you can see the difference if you look carefully, particularly from the side vents on down. The CCC paint job also has a number of pin point "bubbles" (for lack of a better word) that can be seen at the correct angle, and these do not exist at all in Tony's paint job. The CCC paint job included every option and was $7,000 back in spring of 2004. Not really fair to compare to Tony's price because it was 10 years ago. So if I had it to do over again, knowing the side by side comparison that exists in my garage, I would have had Tony paint the second car as well. Hope this helps.
