Any build tips
We'll last Tuesday the car finally came! I still can't believe it. I'll post some pics soon.
I'm sorting through the boxes now and reading the manual. Seems fairly straight forward.
My question is do you guys have any tips, hints, roadblocks or things you would have done differently after your build?
Anything is appreciated.
Thanks.

Street:
Keep Bob Putnam's phone number handy and, if you have any questions as you go along, by all means post them here on the forum. You'll find no end of assistance as you go along.
Best of luck on the project.

Take your time and do it right the first time.

Interesting. You're building ERA #752, and I built ERA #452, so our Cobras are exactly 300 cars apart. When I built ol' #452, I documented the entire process and published a book with the concept-to-completion story and about 50 color photos. More info here:

If I can be of assistance to you, post questions here or send a PM or e-mail message to me.

These postings couldn`t be better timed ... my ERA # 757 arrived last Thursday.
Unfortunately , I lost almost half a day drooling all over it and then more time just staring .
Almost finished inventory on the parts and hope to start the build next week .

"drooling" and "staring" are OK. Enjoy the journey.
