Question Adding soft top and side curtins to ERA

Hello ERA Folks,

How difficult would it be to add a soft top and side curtins to an ERA that was ordered without them, the bow ferrels and snap points are in the car.

Thank you
Mike

Instructions for the soft top are here. If you have a roll bar, the extra bump for the back brace usually requires the services of a professional upholsterer.

We haven't been happy with the quality of our side curtains so we're not going to offer them again until we slap our supplier around a little more...

Cheers,
Mike

I purchased a soft top 10 years ago. It is still in the box. Nobody seemed like they wanted to install it.

I have the soft top but have only put it on the car maybe three times. Just put on a poncho and don't stop moving forward until you get to the garage!

I say dont bother as well. Cant go over 60 mph, it scratches the paint even with the ferrules, makes tons of noise and it looks funny.

I put mine on once and will never use it again unless I am in dire straights.

I say put your money towards horse power and beat the rain home! If you are cold buy a hat

I'm pretty satisfied with mine. You definitely want a professional to put it on. I got a professional but he'd never done a cobra before. It turned out okay but he did have an "oops" cutting too much off at one point. He had to sew little padiddles around my roll bars.

Chuck
