Rickd,

There are 3 ferrules on the door and only one directly behind each door on the chassis. It is located to the inside corner. Not sure how much the soft top is by itself form Superformance. Mine came with the roller when I ordered it. I have only had it on one time. Just to see if it fits. The hard top, I feel looks better and you can drive the car without your door window curtains. That takes 5 minutes to drop on too. Look in my gallery. you can see the ferrules behing the door.

I've used my soft top several times always with the side curtains. Last time I wished I'd left the side curtains off because it was a warm (almost hot) rainy day and with the side curtains in place (windows open) there wasn't enough air flow to keep the interior comfortable. Good for winter, not so good for summer.

I have a soft top with side curtains. I used my top mainly in the winter. I have never been in the rain with the car. I added weather stripping to seal up the doors and I even added some velco around the door openings and side curtains. The velcro takes a little more time opening the doors but it keeps out the drafts and allows the heater to keep up when it's really cold out.

Default As I Tender Performance...

Here is a page I've set up with a couple of dozen hi-res shots showing the measurements and construction of my side curtains.

My you are sooo proud of yourself!

Yes I did -and being the soul of discretion, I intentionally passed-up another opportunity to impale you.
But since you brought it up AGAIN -well I can't let you go a second time... I would have posted:

"Proof positive that you were the guest of honor at the 'Dinner With Schmucks' event described by Rodknock..."

-So I just DID!

OK, good. I feel better now. So do you think that guy over on the other thread should take a loan out to buy his ERA?

Since you asked-I think the guy needs to get his life priorities in order.
And at this stage, it seems like a replica of any kind should not be among them.

Just realized-I don't have a soft top or curtains or even pillow shams-I shouldn't even be in this guy's thread.
