Is that at ERA headquarters?
Lots of stuff to drool at behind the rip-snorting Cobra on the rack.

Is it at the headquarters. I am very lucky to be 45 minutes away and frequent the shop a bunch. It's overwhelming still to this day and I have been there dozens of times...

Frank,
Congratulations! Beautiful looks and great sound. All very tastefully put together and great attention to detail all the way down to reddish orange hose on the expansion tank!

I had a couple of nice chats with Doug, both in person and on the phone. But I always wondered what he actually thought of us all -- you know, a lot of us are kind of nuts, and we spend ridiculous amounts on something that isn't real. Somehow I think he thinks "This person is borderline certifiable, but he's providing me a very nice living so I'll just continue smiling and politely answering all his questions...."

Doug just built a "jelly bean" green '78 Malibu street machine, so he's a little out there too. And he does the stock car racing thing to boot.

I have spent some time with Doug both on the phone and in person and Doug is the "salt of the earth" nice guy. No BS, nothing fake, just tells you like it is. I wish I dealt with more people like him in my daily life.

OK, I have yet to meet anyone in this "industry/hobby" that wasn't a tad bit "unusual."

752 fires up
That sounds great! What are you using for exhaust? What headers, mufflers and tubing size? Did you have trouble routing the pipes without interference? I think a new system may be in order for #669, the other green 428 powered street car.

Gilby:
I did a lot of work on the car but I did not do the exhaust....I bought everything from ERA and had them install it. I can find out for you. BTW, can you send or post some pics of your car?

Street,
Please let me know anything you can about your exhaust system. Also, check out my photo gallery. I added some pics. I will add more soon.
