I Need A Cloth Top Frame

Long story short...
A crooked mechanic took my frame and now it's gone!

Does any one know where I can purchase a frame to fit a 1994 Everett-Morrison? Will the New Generation fit it? My top and side curtains are in great shape...so I just need the frame. Thanks
