Default Bad Memory Door Hinges

I purchased a 1993 Everett Morrison 1967 427 Cobra...sorry to admit that after 20+ years I'm having trouble putting the doors back on the car. I don't remember how they were installed and all I have is heavy plate hinges with no curved tubes that attach to the door, as in most pictures of newer models. I took this apart before cellphones and never dreamed i couldn't figure out how to assemble by looking at the parts. I've got everything in corresponding and marked Ziploc bags but still can't picture the install. Can someone please send me a picture of an assembled door hinge which is made up of heavy plate, not the lighter weight tubular unit. Thanks for your help.

Jeff,

Best I could do without disassembling the upholstery - driver's side (thanks to iPhone, up is to the left):
