Default Question in the EM Motorcars Owners Group

I realize that the EM Owners Group doesn't get a lot of traffic, so I'm posting here in an effort to get the attention of Everett Morrison owners with Corvette suspensions. If you have one, please go there and help with the question I posted. Thanks.

Tommy,

Shocking!

I've been using this web site for ages and never knew about the E-M Owners group! It took a while to find it, so to save others the trouble: Club Cobra - Everett Morrison Motorcars Group

I finally looked on the right side of the screen at this location: http://www.clubcobra.com/modules/Jig/index.php and found it. It didn't help at all that the names of the groups were not alphabetized...

Talk about obscure!

Tom

Very nice Jack. Are those bolt on wheels with decorative spinners?

Hi Tommy,
I got these Shelby 407S wheels from Bob Lacey with Vintage Wheels. Wheels are (now) 17 x 9 with a 6.5" backspace. Rears are 275 40 17, fronts are 245 40 17. Had a rub with 275s up front. Good experience. I'll get some better pics. Any other questions feel free. Hope this helps.

I have a request for anyone considering a heated reply to Thor Marine's post. Please start a new thread for it. All I wanted was to see wheels, not start a brand/authenticity fight.

Tommy, yes the spinners are decorative, but came with the wheels. The center says Shelby on it. There's an aluminum adaptor that fits through the back of the wheel, then the spinner threads on, and has set screws to hold it in place.

I was so pleased with EM. They helped me with things I needed to change my car to a little more to my liking. I even visited their shop when we were on a trip to Miami. I didn't see their demise coming. I'm on my own it seems. Did they sell or just drop out? Who has their stuff now?
