Track manners
Hi,
It's been a while since I've been on the forum. I first found it when I was looking for a Superformance Cobra, but settled for a modern car.
Since, I have really taken an interest in the FFR Type 65 Coupe. It seems more "streetable" than the open to the weather Cobras out there.
I don't doubt that the coupe is track worthy, but how are it's manners on the track? Has any reputable third party tested this monster on the track? I have been taking a C-5 'Vette and a Porsche Carrera 4 on the track (both in normal, not racing trim) to the track to play around. A friend of mine said that one of the major car magazines actually did a track test of sorts on this coupe. If that is the case, where can I find this article, and if that's a myth, are these cars used on the track by their users? How reliable are they?
Lastly, is this a car that can be made as a daily driver (5 days a week on a 20 mile round trip commute)? Add A/C and necessities.
I'm sure I'll come up with a lot more questions, but until then, thanks in advance! Your Coupe looks quite amazing!
Cheers
