Just saw some on ebay. check for FE or Mercury valve covers. I have a set of Mercury Lightning Bolt covers and was looking for price comparisons.

the 65 390 valve covers are about as close as your going to get....
and they are a 1 year only valve cover...
the 64's where round tops and the 66's were the first year
for the "Powered by Ford" logo...

I have a pair of the chrome OEM "Powered by Ford" covers from my 428 with a little ding in one end. Thinking about re-chroming and running them.

They also came on the Chris Craft 427s. I sold two sets 6 years ago. If you can find some one selling some blocks mabe they will have the covers. Scott
