Default 428 CJ Smog Plugs Help

For lack of better description I need to know where I can find the replacement plugs (I think they are 3/8" tubing thread) for the smog devise that incorporated into the 428 cj heads.

Default 428 CJ smog cntl plugs...

In case anyone else needs this question answered I found these plugs to be 1/2' X 20 threads per inch flare plug (cost is $0.76 ea.) Pretty cheap! I found them at a Industrial hydraulic hose and fittings supply house.

Default another idea.....

I had the same problem with the heads on my 428 Police Interceptor. Didn't want the heads of the plugs to show, remember Cobra engines NEVER had air pumps.

A machine shop here in KC said he could weld them shut. When I arrived, he looked at the holes and asked if he could install a cast iron pipe plug and then run it through the mill to remove the end of the plug.

Worked perfect. You cannot tell where the pipe plug is.
Plus it now looks like a head WITHOUT the air tube holes.

Just a thought.
