Default 427 $ FORD FE CRANKSHAFT How Much Is It Worth??

I am looking to sell a Ford Crankshaft. It is an original Ford 427 Crankshaft with the $ sign on it. Can anyone tell me what it's value is? If anyone is interested email me as well. Very heavy

Sal your EB link goes too car mags not the crank auction. Nice steel cranks can still go for ok money if it's a nice .010 and will polish up or needs to be cut .020. Does it have the threaded plugs or the cup plugs with retainer rings? These normally do a little better in nicer shape. Wanna trade a nice 1UB 428 crank for it? .010/.010 ready to go. Shoot me a PM if interested. Have a few things to trade.

Place your ad on the FE forum. I have seen nice money cranks go for $500 and up.

I think the original were cast iron.
The 390 is the same stroke.
The rage today is strokers.

With those factors, I don't see it being rare or highly desired by many, therefore not worth much to most buyers. Just one opinion.

Correct, this is not the crank for a guy just looking to make power. It is for the guy who wants to build a totally correct engine. It would be of little value to most, but for the purist, that's who's looking for this.
