Default 467 Shelby FE All Aluminum First Start Help

I have a 427 all aluminum engine from Shelby Engines. the longblock was built by them and I installed the intake and Shelby aluminum rocker assemblies and set the valve lash by using the instructions from the lifter company

NOW... here's my problem that I need help on: The motor runs extremely rough... like only 4 or 5 cylinders are firing and I have NO throttle response... it just seems to run and then eventually blows smoke and junk up the carb and shuts off. I am not a newbie... I've built several motors but i just can't figure this one out...

I've gone over the distributor to make sure it's not 180 out.
I've checked and rechecked the firing order and wires 15426378
I've checked spark going to all the wires...
I have fuel squirting from the jets whenever I want it.

I've pasted a video up of what I'm seeing.

I'd appreciate any help to start chasing this down.

When it first fires, it sounds like all cylinders are hitting. In the video, you never pulled the throttle while it was running. It acted like the idle was set too low and it was going lean.

You pump it and squirt gas in. When it starts there is enough fuel. After it runs a couple seconds, it goes lean and dies.

If you don't think it could be too lean, then I would suggest you loosen all the valves a quarter turn (make it 1/2 turn for hydraulic lifter). That may be too loose, but it will tell you if you have them too tight. It's a quick test.

It's not a problem yet but it will be. The blaster 3 coil you have is oil filled. They aren't supposed to lay on their side or they leak the oil out. Firing order is anticlockwise right? Sounds out to me.

I'm confused. Didn't you solve this problem 2 days ago in another thread?

I remember the original post was a double post - everyone responded on the other one.
