Default Stainless Steel surge tank for 427 FE S/O

Gentlemen:
Does anyone knows where to buy a polished stainless steel surge tank already assembled (not in pieces to weld up) with the exhaust to the passenger side ?as the picture below but passenger side exhaust.
Tks
Lou

You can find tanks like what your asking for all day long on ebay, at least you use to be able to. Take it to a radiator shop to check for leaks, then go get it chromed.

Lou, doesn't your car have a surge tank mounted up front by the radiator?
it has special hose fittings to connect to the radiator, you don't want to run two tanks.....you can run a later FE engine water neck and keep your original surge tank. the ford type tanks are very problematic, you will chase leaks til the end of time. now i'm sure a bunch of angry hornets will come on and swear they have never had a leak in the 300 miles they have put on their car in 10 years....or it never leaked being pushed on and off the trailer....but save your self some anguish...

Well, I don't consider myself to be an angry hornet but mine was cut down and swapped sides by a local radiator shop and I've had zero issues in 2 years and almost 6k miles now.

This one came from Hillbank in Orange County, CA a few years ago. Polished stainless. As I recall, it wasn't cheap. No issues with it.

Check with Kirkham, they've got a nice billet one and I think they can put the outlet on whatever side you want it.

Sorry to hijack your thread but does anyone make an original style MKII 289 tank?
Not the Corvette FIA tank but the standard street tank.
