Wade,
I have a similar set up just getting started for a new EM on the way. Should be here in a few weeks.
My FE is a 427 Center Oiler.
My IDA's are coming from Inglese.
Any tips on the Webbers or the EM?

my 428 specs
4.130 + .030 TRW forged pistons,.011 deck height, heads C80e-N milled .030 bumps removed from intake and exhaust ports. roof of intake port opened up to match gaskets,CJ exhaust manifolds, F427 intake with center divider removed down to l/4" from floor, Heat closed off to intake, cam Lunati 228/235 @.050 .545 lift installed 4 degrees advanced. MSD 6, Holley red pump, with above and stock 750 Holley (with straight leg booster) max power was reached @5900rpm. Since I specialize in race Holleys I put in a 780cfm (3310-1) with DOWN LEG Boosters, enlarged primary venturi to l.42 to match secondary, milled off choke horn, rejetted to #71/#77 with .110 needles, Power valves 5.5, Powervalves orfice opened up to .060 (two in front and two in secondary) .031 shooter, raised fuel level 3 flats above bottom of sight plug. car now literally screams to 6300...I shift there only because I value my 4" crank.

My 428; gets better with mileage
....don't forget the Tilton starter, or you'll get embarrased
....don't forget the turkey pan, helps a little to keep heat out of carb
....don't forget the Canton road race pan!!!! or that precious crank and rods will suffer on the road coarse---cut a path for the dipstick!!!!!
....Ford windage tray
....040 over all balanced and blueprinted
....all ARP new
....forged eyebrow pistons about 10:1
....comp cams 270H hydraulic, don't cam in timing!!
....True Roller timing
....edelbrock heads out of the box complete
....Edlb. performer rpm intake, lettering removed
....Ford Duraspark II ignition with MSD billet distributor and wires; combo works great---9 degrees initial---limit stop for 35 degress total---forgot the springs but advances fast
....old Holley 780 vac second--stock with 8.5 and 6.5 pvalves
....Edelbrock water pump--Ford reduction pulleys
....stock rocker stands, hardened shafts, crane adj. rockers
....oiling system has been tuned top to bottom by EXPERIENCED FE builder--HV HP Melling pump
....Carter fuel pump
....I know you want details, but all of the clearances ant tolerances are in a book at home-sorry

1969 428SJC
I have a 1969 special order Torino Daytona Cobra that came with the 428 SJC motor which has all NASCAR running gear. The motor was bored .060 over by the dealer. It came from the factory with 427 lower end including NASCar rods, 427 heads and other goodies. It has an Isky 312 duration solid lifter cam with .630 lift and 93 degrees of duration. It came with an aluminium high rise intake with an 850 Holly double pumper hogged out to around 900 cfm. All I have changed was to replace the original Mallory ignition with a Jaclbs as I like them and the Mallory kept going bad. The motor is a little radical for crusing around town and starts to smoth out at around 3,400 RPM. I got the car brand new in February 1969 and have had it ever since and it has been great.
