428 SC or SCJ block indentifiers?
I'm looking to build a street motor for my replica and would like to know if there are any sure fire methods of remotely identifying a SC/SCJ block. I have read in another thread that the 1968 & 69 blocks are more desireable due to extra material around the bores and that the webing around the mains can signify a "CJ/SCJ block. I am asking because of what I have read about being sold a 352 or so as a 428. Thanks for your imput.
