I run a Mighty Demon 825 on my side oiler and the car ran like heck! The carb is just a nicely refined unit and beats the stew out of the Holley I replaced. Very tunable!

Thanks Tony.
That was the size I was interested in. How was the initial jetting?
What ignition are you running? Eric

To be honest before we even tuned it I spun a rod bearing and that was back on new years day and it still at the engine shop five months later. The shop is going to dyno and tune the engine when done within 2-3 weeks so I should let you know what jets they use. This shop actually provided quite a bit of R&D for these carbs for Barry Grant over the years so their selection should be spot on. I am running MSD Dist./6AL box and had found (however briefly) that intial timing of 12 degrees worked best for my engine. I'll keep you posted.
