Default We Have Genesis Blocks!! Keith Craft RacingHave W

We just got a new supply of Genesis blocks yesterday. Also have Scat steel cranks for them at $495, and Victoe FE manifolds to go with them if you are looking for the best single plane manifold for top end. 870-246-7460

Default Genesis block

I have one of there blocks on order, but a little skeptical on weather they would deliver. Due to the fact that Genesis is no longer in business and another company took them over I would like to know it you are happy with the 427 S/O block. I want to take the order but would like to here from a couple of people that have the block before I send them the balance.

Thanks

Drew,
I just wanted to get aquainted with the product in case I need one in the future. I wouldn't want you to take the time to move one just so I could look. Where is Ar?

What happened to the $2900 aluminum blocks we heard about 4 years ago? Just kidding.. glad to hear they are not another imaginary friend that so often accompanies us for these rides.

So.. what is a fully machined 427 cast iron side oiler, fully polished cross drilled steel crank, eagle rods, arias or wiesco forged pistons, fully assembled short block with double roller cam gear, hot cam going for? What if I want to run tunnel port heads? can I get the same unit with a 4.25 (.030+) bore with valve relief cuts to clear 2.25" valves?

This isn't a hypothetical question.. I have yet to install my 1966 C5AE 427 S/O.. it's +.017 with a .010/.010 forged crank.. 10.5:1, 304 duration cam. Heads ported / polished and worked over at louie unsers (in the 60's) shop and fitted with 2.25 / 1.66 intake and exhaust.. poilished inside and out C5AE 2x4 intake..

I may want to cash out if the price is right.

Michael,

So what are you thinking your stuff is worth? Are you wanting to sell the whole thing, top end and all or just the shortblock? I'd definately be in the market for it. Send me a e-mail at

randy.ritchey@atkinsamericas.com

Lets talk it over.

Michael, Sorry about the reply, I usually expect customers to call the shop after we post availability of items. We are very busy building engines, running the dyno and selling parts on the phone. We have all the parts you need for a complete motor. We are doing new Genisis 484's 496's etc for $ 15,750. Carb to pan. Long blks for what ever fits your needs. Just call us and we will help you guys out. We heard nothing but complaints about not having Genesis blocks, and now that we have plenty of them , noone seems to have the cash to ante up for them now. What is the deal? We finally decided to Ebay one to generate intrest. We probably make more Fe motors than anyone in the Country, and cant seem to generate intrest . 973 578-3550.
