You had dirt growing up? Hell you don't know poor.. Funny I was out looking at land the other day. You know the place. It use to be 50 miles from nowhere, now it's pretty close to anywhere.. Still rural.. Water from a well, septic and the creek floods from time to time..
Turns out grapes grow pretty well out there. I found 40 acres with 1200 sf house. The flier said, Build your dream home. (the house was pretty much a tear down) $1,500,000. Gives a new meaning to Dirt Poor..
