Not Ranked
I'm prejudiced, but Steve Christ's "How to Rebuild Your Big Block Ford" is the best hands down. Even Ford uses the book as reference on parts from the 332 through the 428, even the 427 side oiler. Parts such as LeMans rods, tunnel-port heads and all that good stuff are covered. So, original FE parts and how to assemble them are covered, but Steve does so in a detailed fashion.
