Received 2 New Aluminum Genesis Blocks To Test
Tim from Genesis showed up Tuesday with some cast iron blocks and 2 Aluminum blocks for us to test. We have gotten one of the aluminum blocks machined. Everything looks real good so far. We will build a pump gas, hydraulic roller engine with it to see how it performs. This will be how most people would be using the blocks. If you have any suggestions on what you would like to see built with one let me know. I am trying to get one ready by PRI in Indy. If you have never been to the Performance Industry Trade Show you need to figure out a way to go. We will display this engine in the Genesis booth if everything goes well with information and dyno sheets.
Also we sonic checked the last batch of cast iron blocks we got and they were checking between .275 and .320 on the average for wall thickness. I was very impressed with this. I hope Tim gets this deal rolling because it will be great for the FE guys. Thanks Keith Craft
