Changing Fuel Pump
I'm going to be changing the fuel pump on my 428 in the next day or so. I assume it's as simple as removing the two bolts and fuel lines, pulling the old pump out and sliding the new one in, but I have a couple questions.
Do I need to make sure the arm on the pump goes into the block in any particular way or does it only go in one way?
Also, what should I lubricate the arm with? Is oil sufficient or would cam lube or something similar be better?
Anything else I should be aware of?
Thanks in advance.
