427 "additional" #'s?
I spotted a number clearly stamped on my SO block that I had previously not spotted before. It is very sharp and located at the front of the engine/passenger side just below where the front of the head mates up to the block/centered. It reads "LA 92 - 1105", does anyone know what this stamping stands for? Much appreciated!
BTW, I don't want the answer if it comes back as some Ford Tauraus (no offense) replacement motor!
EDIT: Question answered by Bill Parnham of Southern Automotive - Thanks Bill & Susan!!! The #'s indicate I have a super rare - Holman & Moody LeMans preped race block - 1 of 20!!!
IN MY DREAMS!!!
