Most hardware stores have them as "bar stock" real cheap. Just make sure it's the correct size, you have the proper slot lined up on the spacer & have the inside of the spacer clean. Clean the crank end of rust, paint, ect. I split, my first spacer becaues of not doing all of this first. It should tap on pretty easy. Also, don't tighten the timming cover bolts up until you have the spacer set into the oil seal. You can miss the alignment or cut the seal.
