Very nice work!!!
But that's not a puke tank, it's a coolant resiviour. A puke tank is the tank that mounts to the firewall and collects vapors and liquid mist from the crankcase and transmission.

I did the first stage of polishing with a bench gtrinder and a buffing wheel while sparingly using polishing compound. When that was complete I switched out to a cotton buffing wheel on a die grinder to go after the nooks and crannies. Once I got a good shine going I powder coated it with a clear coat.

Thanks for the info. I've been thinking of a unique look and think that's it. I see painted and lots of chrome but not to many polished brass. Nice job! G.
