Max. diameter dual quad air cleaners
Does anyone know the maximum diameter allowed by the air cleaner assemblies when mounted on a set of 750 holleys which sit atop a Blue Thunder dual quad intatke manifold.
From my measurements it looks like 6" per carb is it. What about a 6" assembly that will accept the K@N Xstream style filter?
Also, anybody tried a larger diameter housing with an offset base plate?
If I end up going with the traditional "Cobra oval" style assembly have any of you been able to purchase or find the K@N Xstream air cleaner assembly and filter?
