Post weber set up on a 390fe

Hi everyone,

I'm putting Weber 48 IDA's on my 390 FE and someone told me that each carb has to have it's own fuel line. Now, I'm no ace mechanic, but I've never seen such a set up. I've only seen one fuel line run down one side and connect to the other two carbs.

Can someone please verify this for me.

Thanks,

Todd

One fuel line works just fine.

Thanks for your help.

Brent, you have a beautiful engine. How do you like your weber set up? Pros or cons?

Looks great
Lots of torque
Could not run ALOT of cam so I sold them.
Could not stand the "stock" idle. My new cam is over 260 deg @ .050 and i like it. I.R. intakes would not deal with that so I changed.

Good luck!!
Brent
