Default New Cammer NOS block

If had a new NOS Cammer block still in the ford box what do you think it would be worth?

Hmmm I think the last NOS cammer block I saw for sale was like maybe $50. I thought that was kinda expensive so I'll wait for a cheaper one.

Yea right....

The NOS 427 blocks still seem to be floating around the $6500+ mark. Being the cammer drainbacks are machined maybe more. With the aftermarket blocks out prices softened a bit but not by much.

The cammer block is a side oiler block. They are the same with minor plumbing changes to route the oil off the heads. They should sell for what side oiler blocks go for. $3500-5000 depending on condition, NOS is not a gaurantee an engine is worth more. A NOS block that needs $1500 in machine work or prep is not uncommon. A good seasoned std. bore side oiler block migh be a better investment especially for a reproduction.
