Default Oil filter bypass adapter

I came across a billet oil filter bypass adapter for a 427 FE in a magazine several months ago, but can't find the magazine. Does anyone know who manufactures one?

Why would you want to bypass the oil filter? Do you mean an oil cooler bypass adapter? I did see a web page the other day that had a nice billet oil cooler bypass valve. I might be able to find it again if that's what you're looking for.

What he is talking about is the adapter that is used in place of the original oil filter adapter when running a remote oil filter. It looks lik this:

This is the nicest one I've seen.

He also makes a trick oil filter mount with a by-pass valve controlling oil flow to the cooler.

Sorry for the double posting. Ignore the first one.

The second post has a direct link to the adapter.

Thumbs up

ERA556,

I have an extra one of the Shelby ones like Elgecko posted above. Forgot what I paid for it but I can look it up at home and let you know. Let me know if you'd like it.
