We sell 1:1 ratio pulleys. We are making them right now on the CNC lathe even. Keith Craft just placed a big order with us for them.

We do all sorts of strange things. I need a drawing, or a sample part, to give you a price.

Dragon462,
March makes a hi flow pulley for an FE in single or double groove.
1-groove is # 1552 , 6 inch water pump pulley
2-groove is # 1562 , 6 inch water pump pulley
Note, the crank pulleys are the same diameter for both. Single or double for the high flow and the performance use the same pulley respectively.
I hope this helps and good luck,
Byron

Dragon462,
I posted the question on the FE forum as well. The standard water pump pulleys for an FE range from 5.82 inches to 7.375 inches with different combinations of crank pulleys so I do not believe that you have a pulley issue.
Good luck,
Byron

Dragon 462, My 2-cents
I too had a cooling problem with my SA 428 FE motor.
Installed a full fan shroud, removed the themostat plate restrictor, installed a 190 degree themostat..still ran hot in traffic. I checked the temp. with a infered gun and found the temp. to be within range after it got hot according to the gauge. I installed an electric gauge and compared it to the Autometer mechanical I was running.
The mechanical gauge kept on creeping up to the top and around to the bottom of the gauge as usual in slow heavy traffic.
The electric gauge went to 195...the themostat opened,,,the engine cooled a bit and then got no higher than 205 degrees on a 110 degree day.
Guess what I'm now just running the electric gauge.
Best of luck, Bill
