Default Best plug to use on my 428

Newer owner here...just pulled a plug, seems to be burning good, have no idea how long or how many miles they have been in the car, so I want to change them.
What I pulled out was a champion RF91C...are these Ok, or should I be running something different, also, what should the gap be? What should the torque be?
I have a 428 w CJ heads, and MSD 6AL box.
Thanks All!

I run Autolite 124's in my 428. 2 steps colder then the 45's. Those are my favorit plugs to run! Gap @ .035 to .040. JMHO

Same here. I like the Autolites better and they seem to work better in my engine. I run the 45s as I do more street driving and they don't foul as easy. I gap mine at about .047 due to the Jacobs ignition liking that setting better than the others I have tried.

He is running a MSD6 Box (I ran a MSD 6AL on my 428)....So fouling out a plug is a little hard to do with a box on it. With out a box is a different story.

With the 124's, you will notice a difference. As long as the 428 is wormed over a little. I think you will like the performance that you get out of them and not a problem for street driving! JMO

You also may consider the Accel 416. George Anderson of Gessford Machine and FE GURU recommended those for my 428 and also my 427 and they are excellent but in lieu of the Accel's I would also go with the 124's.
