Default Trying to locate Jones Performance Fues Systems

I am having some issues with the Holley 780 cfm Carb on my 427FE. Documentation that came with my car notes it was a Nascar carb, from one of Shelbly's dyno motors before my car. It has a plate on the air horn that says "Jones Fuel Systems" Apparently it covers the model number!!! It is old but I'd like to save it if I could, rather than replace it with a new model. My car is a Contemporary replica with a '68 side oiler. It was built in '89 by Don Border in CA. Any help appreciated...

Default NASCAR Carb???

Do you have any better pictures of your carb than what I can see in your gallery???

I have a NASCAR carb on my 'Cammer'...............the mechanic that worked on it last had to call Holley and they made up a special kit for the carb based off of the numbers that the mechanic gave to them.

If you can post a better picture that shows the front and rear fuel bowls - and it is the same as mine then I can get you the number for the carb.

Let me know..........

I am not sure but could you possibly post a picture of the carb? Is it a vacuum secondary or double pumper? My 69 Cobra has an 850 on it and Jegs has the number that is on that Carb. I used to have a list of Holly numbers for their carbs in the 60s, but if yours was custom made even if I could find it I am not sure it would help. If your issues aren't the base being warped or something worn out, you could have a good racing shop rebuild it. The Carb Shop in L.A. has built some for the racers around here and two for me. They take the Holly's and rework them which is what it sounds as if yours may have been if it was on a NASCAR engine.

For some strange reason I can't upload the pictures in my gallery. I can e-mail them if you want to send me an e-mail with your address. Mine is

Thanks
