Default Running Gauge settings

Can someone tell me some estimated normal settings for my running engine....I fired it up this weekend but didn't quite know what "normal" gauge readings I should have after letting it run for 20 minutes....the engine is a 427 SO, standard bore with TWM induction.

oil temp?
(fyi..it has a remote oil filer and cooler if that matters)
oil pressure?
water temp?
amps?

Thanks

Here are "typical" reading zones for a SO (in my experience):

Oil Temp -- 85-100 C
Water Temp -- 85-100 C
Oil Pressure -- 18 to 20 lbs. at idle hot, rising quickly with RPM, 50 or higher, max.
Amps -- After initial startup you will see the needle more towards the + for a short while it charges back up. At normal cruise the needle will be straight up or slightly to the + side.

NOTE -- There is a lot of debate on the correct oil pressure for an FE. It all depends on the clearances and your pump. But for the most part, at idle you don't need nearly as much pressure as you might think. Also remember that if you have a stroked FE, you have a different crank in there.
