Sizzer , You have to go to a machinist. Fat chance down here! Just thought I'd avoid the work.
Thanks mrmax I'll give them a try.

Default FE blower bracket

Concept makes one for the Vortec blower and it may work for the Novi as well. I believe it might be altered to work. It has the brackets for the AC, PS and alternator all in one package. We used this se tup on the Elenore cars with the FE blower. Good luck, Keith Craft

Default Gessford Machine

Jimmymac I made my own from flat stock of 3/8" 6064 aluminium. Not preety but worked. You need to make sure you have the hood clearance and room to fit the tubing under the hood. The ERA didn't without the Paxton hood. Shelby also may sell the blower setup. Donj't know if you are running a carb or FI system, but either way you need a LARGE fuel system for the blower. Min. of 1/2" line with 3/8" return and fuel pump like a Weldon. This is not a 10 minute deal. If you go with the carb an LM-1 A/F meter is manditory to pervent motor lean out conditions, Jay B. on the FE forum has alot of good info on what you are trying to do. A waterinjection system from Snow, IMO is better that an intercooler unless it takes up the whole opening in your car. With more heat under the hood, you are going to need a better way for it to leave. You might want to run small 4" fans to help remove the extra heat of the blower. I hope you have a heavyduty cooling system. The blower will raise the temp about 5-10 degrees with the blower running. A boost valve to limit pressure. A blow through carb is not cheap and figure about 4-8 hours of dyno time for the setup to be running good. Hope the motor has the best forges and top of the line parts in the block. You may not be happy with a blower in your car. I removed mine after 2 years of putzing around with it. My 482 is alot easier to drive and race. It also makes about 475rwhp and 525lbs of torque. Getting higher than this in a cobra is pushing it. Things happen with a blower alot faster when boost comes on. YOUR CAR WILL get away from you at lease once. No damage and no fun about it. Rick L.
