JoJoe,

Some of the chrome hoses are flex hoses made by Kool Flex I believe it is. Others are chromed pipe that people have bent to fit their application and then add the rubber ends to attach them. A friend of mine used one of those as his bottom radiator mount was on the opposite side from his water pump outlet. The Kool Flex you can buy at many car parts stores. The other you will need to have made to the length and any bends you need.

JoJo...

Ed "DV" Combs might be able to bend you up some custom hard lines. He has a new 1.25 and 1.5 set of dies for his bender. You could then have them chromed or powder coated. You would need to provide him with some measurements on what you need.

You can find him over in the CRII forum or here...

That other guy named Ed and DVs CRII build

The lower and upper radiator pipes on my ride were L-1011 fuel lines, I took them to a muffler shop and had the ends expanded to fit. To get a smooth radius bend, look for a company that uses a 'ram' inserted in the pipe as it's bent.

Here's one for reference only, never used them.

Joejoe,

Another place you might look is at Carroll Shelby Ent. I saw that their cooling systems were fabbed with mandrel bent pipe and I eventually got them to respond (they aren't very responsive to folks that just want to buy parts). I can't remember what the cost was for the top 90 degree tube but was similar in price to the Woolf products previously mentioned.
