I'd be concerned those 48 Webers won't make enough power at the top end. Even 58's might not cut it for max power with a solid roller and the expected high rpm (7000 or better I would guess). For drag racing I'd go with a dual quad setup, if road racing then Webers.
I had a similiar setup, 427 block with 428 crank, solid roller, 12.5 to 1 compression that made well over 600 horse. That was with High Riser heads, dual four intake. The heads/intake came off an original 1964 Thunderbolt.
