Default installation of FL parts

hi enzo. i have q's on mounting some of your products:
1. ac pedals. how do they mount to stock must2 pedal and what is the width measurement difference?
2. the front brake cutout screens. how do those attach? is there contact beween the mesh portion and the fiberglass body? i am worried about those surfaces not getting along (scratching.)
3. the deforster vent trim. how is that mounted? drill holes?
thanks for your help!
