Default Multiport FI Distributor

Is anyone aware of a multiport FI system that uses a small diameter distributor? The Roush 427SR in my SPF GT40 cannot use a large diameter cap distributor due to clearance to the bulkhead frame. The frame is already notched and cannot be enlarged.
Presently I have a Quick Fuel 750 carb, but am considering multiport injection.
Am not interested in TB injection.

You could also consider going to plug on coil or the 4 coil bank with each coil feeding two plugs. You would have to dig into the details on that. You could basically saw the top of the distributor off and just use it to turn the oil pump, but it would make more sense to me to use it for engine position instead of having to add a crank trigger and cam position sensor.
