Any suggestions on PMS software for vacation rental management company with only 2 listings right now, but planning to grow? There's a lot out there, but a good portion seem to only work if you're large enough due to the startup and reoccurring costs.

I have a website through Mobrise/hosted by 1&1, - and I'm good with that - I'm looking to get software that I can integrate for booking as well as back end management.

LiveRez, Guesty, Lodgify, Escapia - Demo set up with (no idea on pricing model)

DPGO - Couldn't figure out how to contact or get a demo

LightMaker, Streamline - far too expensive for small company like myself.

Any other suggestions? I'm managing other peoples vacation properties, so need to be able to interact with owners as well as guests. Integration with Airbnb/VRBO is needed in addition to booking through my own website.

I use Yardi Voyager, but that is for large enterprises, and it’s the industry standard. They recently came out with a version for small/individual owner use called Yardi Breeze, which I’ve heard good things about.

I’ve also heard good things about Appfolio and Rent Manager
