Hey everyone, I came across this website (widescreen-centre.co.uk/celestron-starsense-explorer-telescopes.html) that offers Celestron StarSense Explorer telescopes. Has anyone had any experience with these telescopes? I'm thinking of getting one and would love to hear some opinions.

Yeah, I've actually used a celestron astrofi StarSense Explorer telescope before. The cool thing about them is that they're designed to work with your smartphone. You attach your phone to the telescope, and the StarSense app helps you align the telescope automatically using the stars in the sky. It's pretty beginner-friendly and takes out a lot of the guesswork in setting up.

I've heard about Celestron telescopes, but I'm not familiar with the StarSense Explorer models specifically. Do they have any unique features or advantages compared to other telescopes?

The app guides you through the process step by step. It uses your smartphone's camera to analyze the night sky and identify stars, then it tells you how to adjust the telescope's position to get everything aligned. It's really intuitive and takes a lot of the frustration out of the equation.
