Hello! I've been a loyal Ibotta user for quite some time now and I recently had an issue with my account. My cashback credits are not displayed accurately and some of my transactions are missing from the app. Please tell me what could be the reason for this discrepancy and how to eliminate it?

This company once saved my budget. So it's strange that you're facing this problem. Try contacting their support team directly. I have found them very useful in the past. They usually have a chat option in the app and you can explain the problem to them. They may need some details, such as your receipts and any offers you're having trouble with.
