Hello folks!
I am currently working on an old EM, and was wondering if anyone had a copy of the pedal installation sheet that came from EM. It shows where to drill the holes to mount the 3 Tilton master cylinders and the large steel bracket that goes inside the footbox and anchors the brake and clutch pedals. This is NOT the earliest generation car that required a large hole cut into the top of the footbox--it just gets a series of holes.
I am looking because I want to install a heat shield/drip pan under the master cylinders and above the header connection. There hasn't been a leak, but the idea is not impossible and I don't want brake fluid dripping all over the hot exhaust.
I have the specs on the master cylinders themselves, but need to know the exact spacing between them as they are mounted to the car and would like to avoid disassembling all the master cylinders as it is a PITA...
Thanks!
Robert
