MADDOGMIKE,
I have an older EM with the 1990 C4 suspension. I don't know the offsets on my wheels. They are some old Epsilon modular thing from Japan. I do know that they are 10 x 17". I'm currently running 275 40s all the way around and I have a slight rub on both front fenders due to what I believe is caused the heavier BBC in the nose. My front wheel opening is about 1" lower than my rear. There is really no height adjustment for that setup. I'll probably ditch the spring and install some adjustable coil-overs to pick it up a little. It only makes very slight contact when I go over a dip or bump. The link shows the different C4 wheel widths and offsets for different years. It's just a real wide setup and limits wheel options. Hope this helps.
