Hello All, I began building my EM Cobra in '96. Finished in '06 and have about 20K miles on the clock. I can't seem to get the shocks dialed in. Front is stiff and the rear to soft. I have changed the springs several times. I'm running the Mustang II front suspension with tubular control arms. Aldan coilovers with 250# springs. The engine is a 351 Cleveland with an AOD tranny. The rear is a 4 link 8.8 with I think are 300# springs. My Cobra weighs in at 2780lbs. What I would like to know, is what coilovers you all have used and what pound springs you use?
I would definitely like to make my Cobra more driver friendly and appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks much, Robert.
