All nutritional supplements are useless, and the results that the manufacturer promises are nothing more than a marketing ploy. If you want to improve your health, only a doctor and a healthy lifestyle will help.

I can't agree, but I can't deny either. As far as I remember, I've never taken nutritional supplements, so I have no idea if they work or not.

Some time ago, I also thought that there was no effective dietary supplement. In any case, the options that I managed to try were useless. I'm currently taking a gut health supplement and I'd recommend reading Bio Complete 3 reviews. I love the effect I feel. At least I don't have the discomfort anymore.
